How do you spell RELIEF?
Have you ever wanted to help someone feel better, but did not know how? I am going to share something I've been doing. No, I haven't cured anyone (nor claim these will), but I did help others feel better, even if for a short time. Anytime we can bring a moment of relief to someone, we make that moment better. The key is sharing, especially if the things you share are things you enjoy or blends made especially for another who is having a difficult time. No this is not a sales pitch. It is actually something everyone can do.
Did you know that there is an all natural medicine cabinet you can carry in your purse or pocket? No prescription is required and once you learn the secret, you can help yourself and others feel better. Seems too good to be true, doesn't it?
When I retired, I decided that I wanted to learn to make the stuff I buy. I realized when I bought a book about vinegar, that I would never again have to pay for harmful window cleaning chemicals. I was seeking, and I made a wonderful discovery. I found online classes on how to make everything from household products to skin products to inhalers, and I could totally replace the store bought chemicals with natural homemade products. I know and control what I put into them.
Since dabbling with this hobby, I have made skin creams, inhalers, lip/cheek balms, soaps, deodorants, body butters, hand sanitizers, household cleaners, shower cleaners, and the list goes on and on. It is not difficult! It is not rocket science! It is FUN! It is SAFE (because the classes make sure you understand the safety aspects of the ingredients, especially with young children). Even better, I tend to make so much and then share with others.
The best part is that my blends have helped many people. My sister struggles with many health issues, and she loves the inhalers and lip balm. A friend has severe arthritis pain, and she swears by the trauma oil blends. Another friend suffered from incredible headaches, and the inhalers brought her relief. Personally, my favorite (and my sister's favorite, too) is the Feel Better Now inhaler.
I can certainly make all of these (and have), but I cannot take credit for the ideas, courses, recipes, and information. So I am going to share my source. It all started when I signed up for the free essential oils course at Aromahead. This is an amazing company with all sorts of options and opportunities. Here's the link: https://www.aromahead.com.
